"Pretty good service even with the wait"
The customer service was nice and easy to talk to. I had a couple questions and they answered them without making it feel like I was bothering them, which I appreciated. The plumber did show up a little after the time window, but they called ahead, so I guess that kind of makes it not really late in a way. Overall it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

"Solid work, but a little pricey"
They did a solid job overall, and I didn’t have any issues with the finished work. I’m usually cautious about spending more than expected because I don’t like taking chances with something that might not be done right, so the price felt a bit high to me. That said, the work itself was good.

The tech was really upfront with me about where the leak was and what it was going to cost, which I appreciated. No weird pressure or trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need, just explained it plainly and got to it. They also showed up when they said they would, which feels rare these days. I’m taking off one star because getting on the schedule took a little longer than I hoped, but overall it was a solid experience

So, yeah, they gave me the price before they started anything, which I really appreciated. There weren’t, like, any weird surprise fees at the end or anything like that. It was maybe a little on the pricey side, but it felt fair enough for what they did

The plumber showed up on time and did a really solid job fixing the leak. Compared to other service visits I’ve had, he was much better about keeping things tidy, he put down covers and wiped everything up before leaving. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the visit took a little longer than I expected. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

"Fair price and solid work"
I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out for a small leak under my sink, and overall it was a good experience. The plumber showed up on time and walked me through the cost before doing anything, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t the cheapest option ever, but the work was done properly and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged, if that makes sense. I’d call them again if I needed something fixed.

"Unprofessional tech visit"
I’m giving 1 star because the technician who came out was really unprofessional. He showed up late, barely explained anything, and seemed annoyed when I asked basic questions. On top of that, he left the area messy, which was frustrating. It just felt careless, really careless, like the visit was something he wanted to rush through and be done with.
I expected basic respect and clear answers, nothing fancy, just basic respect. Instead I ended up frustrated, confused, and annoyed. Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine was bad, just bad all around, and I definitely wouldn’t want the same tech coming back again.

"Nice enough, but didn’t seem too sure"
The tech was polite, so I’ll give him that, but he didn’t seem like he really knew what was going on. He kept guessing at what the problem might be, and when I asked questions, the explanation wasn’t very clear. Isn’t that kind of the whole point of calling a tech? I ended up getting someone else to take a look, and they figured it out quickly

A friend recommended this place to me, so I was hoping for a better experience. But the checkup felt rushed, and by the end I still didn’t really understand what was going on or what was wrong. I left feeling like the diagnosis might have been off.

"Warranty was honored, but scheduling took some effort"
I had to call them back out for a warranty issue on a repair they had done. Since it was covered, I didn’t have to pay again, which I appreciated. The main downside was that getting it scheduled took a few extra calls, so the whole thing dragged out longer than I expected.
The tech who came out was friendly and got the problem fixed once he arrived. I just think the office could communicate a little better, because that would have made the process feel a lot smoother. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t exactly great either...

"Decent emergency help, but slower than I hoped"
I had a leak late at night and ended up calling them for emergency service. Compared to other times I’ve had to deal with urgent home repairs, I was hoping the response would be a little quicker.
They did call me back, but it took about an hour, which felt long when I was sitting there worried about the water. The plumber who came out was friendly, professional, and got the leak under control once he arrived.
The price was on the high side, though I know after-hours calls usually cost more. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as fast as I expected for an emergency call.

"Follow-up was disappointing"
I had them come out for a plumbing issue, and the first visit was fine enough. The work seemed okay at the time, nothing amazing but nothing terrible either.
The problem was after that. I had a question about the job, so I called and left messages, and it just kind of felt like nobody wanted to mess with it. I got bounced around a bit, didn’t get a straight answer, and it turned into one of those annoying back-and-forth things.
For what I paid, I figured the follow-up would be better, or at least someone would clearly explain what was going on. Maybe it was just how they handle things, but it left a bad taste. I probably wouldn’t call them again.
